This premium room features Victorian period details from 1895, when the house was built. It is regal, spacious and sunny with 11-ft vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. Decorated with a vintage map of California, this room has an elevated queen size bed, vintage dresser and mirror, and small refrigerator in the room.

  • Bed: 1 queen bed, upstairs

  • Bathroom: The bathroom is on the same floor, semi-private, and shared with one other guest.

  • Kitchen: Guests have access to the downstairs kitchen.

  • Garden: Guests have access to a wonderful backyard garden with a picnic table and benches, sun deck, flower and vegetable garden, and a stage that can be used for rehearsals, exercise or just relaxing in the shade.

    “B-Love's Guest House is a gem: Easy check-in, excellent communication, big kitchen, comfortable rooms. While the bathroom is shared, I never waited for it once. The house is connected to the arts world of West Oakland. The street is lovely and leads directly to the West Oakland BART station, so you can be over in San Francisco in 15-20 minutes after you leave the house or in downtown Oakland or Lake Merritt in less. Easy airport access. Several cool coffee shops within walking distance.”
