HEALTH & SAFETY

Wellness is a key component and value of B-Love’s Guest House. As experienced hospitality professionals, B-Love’s Guest House is taking all the precautions recommended by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.

The following is required of all guests using this space.

  1. No additional guest may visit the space without prior consent by management.

  2. Guests must wear protective face coverings at all times in the common areas, practice 6 ft distancing, wash hands often, and avoid physical contact as recommended by regulatory agencies or authorities such as the CDC.

  3. B-Love’s Guesthouse practices routine cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces. We recognize the difference between cleaning and disinfecting. Cleaning refers to removing germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces. Disinfecting refers to using chemicals to kill the germs and viruses on surfaces.

  4. We provide each guest disinfectant to use to keep space sanitized. Disinfectant is located in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink.

  5. We provide hand sanitizer next to the front door.  Please use it upon entry.

  6. Guests are required to disinfect all common areas after each use.

  7. Kitchen: Guests are required to clean and disinfect all dishes, countertops, and appliances after each use.

  8. Kitchen Garbage: Please use outside trash cans as often as possible. Empty the trash can after each use of the kitchen. Trash bags are under the sink. Do not leave trash in the kitchen overnight. Cans are on the side of the house. Exit through the back door and turn left.

    • Burgundy can is for trash.

    • Gray can is for recycling.

    • Green can is for compost, (food scraps, plants, leaves, etc).

  9. Bathroom: Guests are required to disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and wipe down the mirror after each use.

    • Use Lysol disinfectant wipes to wipe down all surfaces you touch, including sink, light switches, and doorknobs.

    • Clean toilet with disinfectant spray and wipes.

    • Wash hands with disinfectant hand soap and dry them with paper towels.

Thank you for following these guidelines to support the health and safety of all at B-Love’s Guest House!

At B-Love’s, we are doing our part by:

  • Deep Cleaning Common Areas. We always maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and now is no exception. We are taking extra care to frequently sanitize doorknobs, and common areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, dining area, living room, and all outdoor furniture.

  • Staying Informed. We are tracking updates of the virus to ensure we appropriately respond to actively maintain the health and wellness of our current and newly arriving guests. The best sources of information include the CDC and the WHO with up-to-date stats on what to do and proper prevention measures.

  • Keeping Calm. We pride ourselves on an ethos of well-being and space of calm and groundedness. We understand that uncertainty can prompt fear and hysteria, and we are committed to combating this with community, care, and calm. Our garden remains a grounding zone, where we can reaffirm “I am safe. I am loved. I am here now.” This continues to be the vibe we at B-Love‘s are maintaining.
