B-Love's Guest House is owned and operated by Traci "B-Love" Bartlow. The name B-Love was created when a friend observed, 'your the kindest person I know', and jokingly changed her last name to Bart-Love then eventually B-Love. The name fit as she is truly an embodiment
of love and care.

She has been at the forefront of the Oakland cultural renaissance and has been integral to building cultural institutions such as the Malonga Center for the Arts, and Eastside Cultural Center.
