"Book Now and Save 20%" Promotion

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the "Book Now and Save 20%" promotion ("Promotion") offered by B-Love’s Guesthouse ("Promoter"). By participating in the Promotion, you ("Guest") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Booking Period:

The Promotion is valid for reservations made between November 1, 2023, and November 22, 2023.

2. Stay Period:

The Promotion is applicable for stays at B-Love’s Guesthouse between November 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.

3. Minimum Stay Requirement:

A minimum booking of three (3) consecutive nights is mandatory to qualify for this Promotion.

4. Promo Code:

To avail of the 20% discount, Guests must use the promo code SAVE20 during the booking process.

5. Geographic Scope:

This Promotion is exclusively valid for reservations within the United States.

6. Non-Refundable Deposit:

Please be advised that deposits paid through this Promotion are strictly non-refundable.

7. Legal Disclaimer:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Guest and the Promoter. By participating in this Promotion, the Guest acknowledges and accepts these Terms in full.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, without notice, and its decision shall be final. These Terms are subject to change without notice.

Any dispute arising from or related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state in which B-Love’s Guesthouse operates, and the Guest agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in that state.
